Having given Adam a brief in regard the setting for The Cormorant Tree, the feel of the piece, and some of the mythic background, Adam sketched out some initial ideas.
Choosing ‘Thumbnail 1’ and ‘Thumbnail 2’ Adam then developed the sketches further.
Having chosen the image of ‘Clare’ looking out to sea, past the Cormorant, Adam then took the idea a stage further.
With a few tweaks (see if you can spot them) we arrived at the finished artwork.
